By booking an appointment at Cuddles&Cuts, you are agreeing that you have read and abide by the following terms and conditions:

Appointments: Your appointment has been tailored to YOU! As we offer a 1-2-1 service, please drop off and pick up you dog in the alloted time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appoinment, we reserve the right to cancel it and charge you the full amount. Equally, if you are late to pick up your dog without prior consent you will be charged for the disruption to our other clients:

£5 - 15 to 30 minutes

£15 - 30 to 60 minutes

£25 - Longer than 60 minutes

Cancellation: You will be sent a text 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before will render you liable for the full amount of your groom.

Condition: All prices are on the assumption that your dog's coat is of normal condition and regularly brushed between grooms. You will incur an extra charge for matted dogs or those in bad condition, including excess fleas.

Shave Down: This is done in extreme circumstances and will be done if the conditions of your dogs coat is deemed to be causing them discomfort or by leaving it will cause future health problems. This is at the discretion of the groomer. No liability shall be held by Cuddles&Cuts for any reddening or irritation caused by this process.

Fleas: Please make sure your dog has been treated for fleas prior to your appointment. If you bring your dog here with EXCESS fleas, you will be charged £12 for me to flea bomb and clean my premises. I have the right to terminate your appointment at any stage during the groom if I feel it will impact on my other appointments that day. Bringing your dog here with excess fleas puts my clients at risk of infestation and also my workspace.

Toilet: Please ensure your dog has been to the toilet prior to their appointment to save accidents happening in the parlour. However, they do have use of our garden if they need to.

Health: If your dog has any health problems, the groomer must be made aware of this during the consultation. Failure to do so will render the owner liable for any onset of complications or any financial steps the groomer needs to take to steralise the premises following your appointment.

Aggressive Dogs: You need to tell the groomer if your dog has been aggressive to groomers or anyone else prior to your booking, this is to ensure precations can be taken to ensure the groomers safety. If your dog needs to be muzzled, please do this before turning up for your appointment.
